A teenager has been charged after a man was allegedly dragged to his death when he fell from the roof of a moving car in a hit-run collision in Melbourne’s south-east.
Detectives from the Major Collision Investigation Unit on Monday questioned a 19-year-old from Dandenong South who handed himself into police.

He was charged overnight with culpable driving, dangerous driving causing death and failing to stop and render assistance.
The victim’s body was was found by a passerby at Spring Road, Dingley Village, just before 5am on Friday.
